applicable rules or orders under TSCA. Polyvel does not offer into
commerce in violation of TSCA or any other apllicable rule or other
there under.
Polyvel confirms that all additives used to make VW250 conform to EC packaging material reference No. 56540.
All
material used to manufacture VW250 conforms to FDA food packaging
requirements. THe carrier resin in VW250, a 2 MI LDPE, conplies with 21
CFR 177.1520. The wetting agent additive in VW250 complies with 21 CFR
184.1505.
VW250 is acceptable for kosher food packaging applications.
