VF150 Effects in LDPE Film

Anti-fog concentrate for blown and cast film applications

VF150 has minor effect on the dynamic coefficient of friction vs. Erucamide when used at an effective anti-fog concentration.

Competitive anti-fog concentrates require 4 to 6% for anti-fog performance and 2 to 3% of Polyvel VF150.

Note: VF150 is tested for coefficient of friction (COF) according to test method: ASTM D-1894095.

Heat seal strength is a measure of the force required to separate two plastic films bonded by heat, pressure and time.

VF150 has no effect on heat seal temperature when tested at an effective antifog concentration.
