Silicone Masterbatches

Polyvel silicone processing aid and mold release masterbatches are comprised of polydimethylsilicone* fluid dispersed in polyethylene, polypropylene, nylon or high impact polystyrene resin.

Custom formulating is available on request if another silicone viscosity is needed.

Silicone fluid 12,500 cS meets the requirements of the FDA regulation “Code of Federal Regulations 21 CFR” concerning food contact applications when used in accordance with sections 175.105; 175.300; 176.170; 176.180; 1350; 177.1520 or 181.28.
