Polvel RE40 release aid concentrate is based on Erucamide and has been specifically developed for use as a release aid during the injection molding of a broad range of polyolefins and thermoplastic elastomers.

The use of a low level of Polyvel RE40 functions to reduce the sticking between the mold surface and the polymer. In addition, RE40 will reduce the coefficient of friction on the surface of molded parts.
