Polyscent Product Line
"P" Series
This is our original product line, made in an
LDPE co-polymer base resin, designed by Polyvel Inc. to carry high
loads of fragrance. We offer this series in levels of 10% to 25%
fragrance.
P10 & P15
These have been specifically developed to meet the requirements of the
film processing market, and are engineered for use in LDPE, LLDPE or
HDPE resins.
P25
This is a 25% active fragrance concentrate, for use in LDPE, PP, and
EVA applications. P25 is primarily used in the molding and profile
extrusion markets, as well as in the production of scented non-woven
fibers and for resin malodor applications.
C200
Polyscent™ C200 is a clear or colored translucent concentrate, rigid in
nature and designed for use in the creation of decorative and
functional air fresheners and household items.
Foam Fragrance Pellets
Great for use as a stand alone potpourri, simmering potpourri, or
economical sachet filler, Polyscent™ foam fragrance pellets are
produced at fragrance levels of 5%, 10% and 15%. Polyscent™ foam
fragrance pellets can be color matched to customer specification based
on a Pantone #, or matched to color sample provided.
PV25
The specially engineered Polyscent™ PV25 line of fragrance concentrates
are translucent concentrates for use in the creation of flexible PVC
molded or extruded parts. These concentrates are provided in free
flowing pellet form to blend effectively with PVC pellet resins.
E40
For powdered PVC dry blend applications, and odor masking or fragrance
creation in poly-wax melts (Dip-Seal materials) we offer Polyscent™ E40
concentrate, which contains 40% fragrance or flavor oil in a free
flowing powder concentrate. Great for use in simulated leather
application, toys, sealants for bottles, etc.
ER40
Polyscent™ ER40 fragrance concentrate is a 25% active fragrance
concentrate for use in PVC plastisol applications. This concentrate is
supplied in a fine particle size powder, which disperses easily and
quickly in a plastisol formulation. These concentrates work very
effectively in rotational molding, plastisol printing inks and coating
applications.
WS10
This innovative line of Polyscent™ concentrates is based on cutting
edge water soluble/ biodegradable technology in the plastics industry.
Applications to date have included liquid simmering potpourri, and
replacement for gelatin bath beads.
Finished Polyscent Direct Use Compounds
When incorporating high levels of fragrance, or desiring tight quality
control, we offer finished Polyscent™ compounds designed for direct use
in a molding or extrusion process. We provide color services for these
concentrates and processing parameters to assure that your finished
products will match the samples you received from our lab.
