Nylon Plasticizer
Polyvel’s HP-N01 pelletized masterbatch is a convenient, cost-effective product for handling n-butyl benzene sulfonamide plasticizer for nylon polyamide which otherwise is a liquid. N-butyl benzene sulfonamide improves nylon processability by lowering its viscosity.
Advantage:
- Free-flowing pellets
- Dust-free
Handling:
- Add into extrusion processes with typical volumetric or gravimetric pellet feeders
- Mixed with resin in a salt and pepper blend
Custom formulating is available on request if a different nylon is needed.
