Polyvel’s VB-L01 masterbatch contains a small particle antiblock agent in a PLA carrier. VB-L01 is optimized for maximum antiblock and clarity of blown and cast film. The masterbatch is FDA compliant for food contact applications.

CM-L01 decreases PLA film’s high coefficient of friction and therefore reduces or eliminates adhesion between other film or metal surfaces during production.

Benefits of VB-L01 and CM-L01 include:

·        No fillers used

·        PLA (polylactic acid) carrier. No dilution of PLA sheet material

·        Excellent dispersion in film and sheet

·        Convenient use: mix pellets with PLA pellets or feed separately

·        Can improve extrusion throughput
