Polyethylene (PE) Antifogs
All of Polyvel’s polyethylene antifogs are a pelletized, dry, free flowing antifog masterbatch. The antifog additives are GRAS and comply with FDA 21 CFR 184.1505. The masterbatch carriers comply with FDA 21 CFR 177.1520.
- VF150MW FDA conforms to FDA regulation 21 CFR 177.1520(c) 2.2 conditions of use B through H described in Table 2 of 21 CFR 176.170, Sept 07 that makes VF150MW acceptable for microwaveable food packaging.
- VF152 and VF150MW have minimal effect on heat seal strength and coefficient of friction of blown film packaging.
- VF151NB contains antiblock suitable for food contact applications in polyethylene film.
- VF-E04 antifog masterbatch is designed for metallocene polyethylene cold food packaging.
