Polyvel processing aid concentrates containing 10% active fluoroelastomer processing aid that is extremely well dispersed in LDPE carrier resins.

These concentrates have an extremely fine dispersion of the flouroelastomer in the concentrates which allows a lower use level compared to other processing aid concentrates currently available in the industry.

Polyvel processing aid concentrates significantly improve the processing conditions for polyolefin film manufacturing, particularly LLDPE, HDPE and UHMWPE.

Use levels of as low as 0.3% can reduce or eliminate many of the processing problems that can occur with high shear extrusion.

These concentrates work well to eliminate melt fracture and other surface imperfections when used in the extrusion of blown LLDPE and HDPE film.

The use of Polyvel processing aid concentrates can reduce head pressure and energy consumption. Increased throughput capacity can be expected can be expected with most extruders.
