Polyvel’s Matte Masterbatches are easy to handle free flowing pellets, rather than liquids, powders, or coatings which can experience settling.  A range of matting can be achieved from Polyvel’s highly loaded masterbatches to suit a variety of applications and achieve an excellent surface appearance. 

The gloss is measured at 60 degrees, where 100 is mirror-like and 0 is completely matted. Using the appropriate dosing, the matte masterbatches can yield gloss measurements of 5 to 15 in ABS.

Available in ABS, PP, and PLA as carrier resins.
