For several years Polyvel has been at the forefront of imparting internal lubricating properties in Nylon parts.
Through the use of Polyvel Molybdenum Disulfide (MoS2) concentrates, injection molders are able to incorporate the benefits and lubricating properties of MoS2 to their molded Nylon parts without purchasing costly pre-compounded MoS2 modified resins.
The use of Polyvel 40% (RM40) and 70% (RM70) active Molybdenum Disulfide concentrates eliminates the economic barriers often faced when pre-compounded MoS2 resins were considered by injection molders.
