Polyvel offers highly loaded masterbatches and specialty compounds of non-halogenated flame retardants for a number of thermoplastic systems. The masterbatches are high performance Non- halogenated Flame Retardants, ideal for inhibiting the spread of fire and less hazardous to humans and the environment. These are also FDA compliant. 

Polyvel masterbatches are free flowing pellets which are easy and safe to handle as compared to liquids and powders. With proper dosing UL Ratings of V0 are possible in most applications. 

Available carrier resins include – polyamide, polypropylene, polyethylene, Polylactic acid (PLA), ABS, HIPS, and PC.
