Polyvel Peroxide Masterbatches: CR5 & CR5P
Using Polyvel’s CR5 or CR5P peroxide masterbatches is a cost efficient way to increase the melt flow of polypropylene. These masterbatches will shorten injection molding cycle times resulting in cost savings.
The following chart shows how lowering the processing temperature during molding reduces the cycle time from 38 to 26 seconds. Productivity increased 50% from 95 to 140 parts per hour.
