Polyvel’s CN-L01 masterbatch is used to initiate PLA cell formation in gas-injected, low density, polylactic acid foam extrusion.

Polyvel’s CN-L03 masterbatch is a 10% active product designed to improve the clarity of PLA film, extruded, and injection molded parts.

Custom formulating is available on request for other additives in PLA.

The carrier resin for CN-L01 and CN-L03 is a permitted component of such materials pursuant to section 201(s) of the Federal, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and Parts 182, 184, and 186 of the Food Additive Regulations. The additive in CN-L01 complies with 21CFR 177, 1210, 1350, and 1460.
