Polyvel originally developed peroxide based flow modification and cross-linking concentrates for use in the compounding market. Over the last few years we have created specific concentrate grades for use in the injection molding market, providing injection molders for the first time ever, with an efficient means of modifying polypropylene melt flow rates within their injection molding equipment.

Through the use of Polyvel polypropylene flow modifier concentrates, injection molders can increase melt flow rates of polypropylene directly in their injection molding equipment. This not only allows for resin selection flexibility and streamlining, but also has been shown to increase per part outputs thus reducing overall cost per part of finished molded items.

As a free flowing pelletized concentrate, Polyvel polypropylene flow modifiers can be added with no more difficulty or safety concerns than pelletized base resin.
